Sometimes, doctors give kids or babies a dose of activated charcoal based on how much they weigh. Health professionals use activated charcoal powder mixed with a liquid to treat poisoning. Your doctor may tell you to drink the solution or give it to you through a tube that goes into your stomach via your nose or mouth. Some studies show it can remove toxins from your system within half an hour. But once your stomach or intestines absorb toxic chemicals, activated charcoal can’t remove them.
How do opioids work?
Clonazepam is widely abused because of the pleasurable effects felt after consuming a recreational dose, such as euphoria, sedation, and a relaxed feeling. The problem begins when people mix this drug with other drugs and/ or alcohol, resulting in a mixture that can cause irreversible harm. Specifically, taking clonazepam with other opioid medication can cause respiratory depression, loss of consciousness, and death.
